Despite various planning challenges and the enormous tenacity of the building authority, we were able to hand over the last keys in January 2019 and conclude our second project successfully.The beautiful development "Buckstrasse", Koblenz in the canton of Aargau. 

The project, beautifully designed by Spanish architect Alia Gutiérrez, combines modern design with classic features and consists of 5 semi-detached houses (MOWE Pacific) and 1 detached villa (MOWE Aspen).

 

Ideally situated in the idyllic town of Koblenz, the development is ideal for young families as well as style-conscious couples.
